Yes. By obtaining your building permit, Best-Built is performing as your general contractor. If you pull the permit, you assume the responsibilities and the liability of a general contractor. This can result in unintended consequences. For this reason, Best-Built will obtain your building permit and will coordinate all required inspections.

No problem! We will raze your existing building and dispose of it as well as your existing concrete.

Once the building permit is issued, we generally perform site preparation work and pour the garage slab within two to three weeks. Most sites require one to two days to prepare the site, form and pour the concrete slab. The slab is then allowed to cure and gain strength. Next, the garage is delivered and built, usually in one to two days depending on size.

So pricing will depend to a significant degree on your specific garage needs and your actual site. For this reason, an estimate to give you a firm price is available free and with no obligation. We avoid pricing over the phone, without a site visit, as those prices prove time and again to be wildly inaccurate.

Best-Built uniquely guarantees your price. This means that if cost overruns occur, per your Agreement with Best-Built, we will pay the additional costs. The most common cost overruns relate to fill material, which must be carefully calculated by knowledgeable people.
